Shah Rukh Khan Badshah of Bollywood has been awarded with honorary doctorate from the United Kingdom's University of Edinburgh on October 15 for his philanthropic work.
The actor said he was "extremely grateful and extremely humbled" by the recognition, saying it inspired him to work harder so that he deserved it "at least in retrospect".
