We are safe, we are happy, can live on our own terms, spend some quality time with our near & dear one's, can roam around anywhere. Who made this possible? There are some people who fight for us, sacrifice their lives to protect us.
Colonel Munindra Nath Rai was one of the breavehearted martyrs who sacrificed his life to save the nation. He was killed by terrorists in Tral in Kashmir on Tuesday. The day after Republic Day when he was honored for his bravery and awarded a Yudh Seva Medal recognition for his immense capability and success as a Commanding Officer involved in anti-terror operations.
His last status on whatsapp says everything, “Play your role in life with such passion, that even after the curtains come down, the applause doesn’t stop”
His 11 year old daughter Alka Rai bid a final goodbye to her couragious father with the war cry of the Gurkha regiment her father was commanding on his final mission.check this video which really makes us emotional.
The people with the Supreme sacrifice never die, they always remain alive in our hearts, in our minds and in our souls. Good Bye Mr Rai, we shall always miss you but will never forget you.
