England entered into the final of the triseries by defeating india by 3 wickets at Waca. James Taylor and Jos Buttler succeeded in mastering the art of playing on the pitch which eventually led to England winning the match by three wickets and going into the final to meet Australia,india batted first on this bouncy waca track openers Shikhar Dhawan and Rahana made a good start of 83 but middle order fell apart poorly.and the second highest partnership was about 30 runs between tailenders shami and mohit.england were in great trouble when they were about 63/5 but buttler and taylor made gud partnership and lead them to victory.star performer for india was stuart binny who picked 3 wickets.
India is knocked from the triseries and India began this tour by playing 4 match test series with australia but lost 2-0 in this series,virat kohli was made as captain for last matche when dhoni retired from test cricket.india started this series in adeliade where virat kohli lead team well and lost flurry of wickets in that test match and again lost in brisbane and managed to draw last two matches.
70 days of australian tour got no single victory for indian team,there are some postivies from batting department in test format with star performances from kohli,vijay and rahane.but still bowling remains a big worry for indian team and if they want to defend world cup this time,indian bowling needs to step up and perform well.indian bowling was poor in this test series and also in tri series and also Dhawan inclusion at the top raises and middle order collapses raises questions.so it will be a big task for indian team to battle out all issues and emerge victorious in World cup 2015.
